    • HB suddenly close

      Hi when i use HB he works fine but he suddenly close, he just close, without an error or something, i checked the log. He do it in 10 min after start, or 1 hour, or half an hour, and when i try to open again he stop working, and i have to wait like 10-20 min to hb works fine again. I re-installed again HB and still doing this,

      remove:

      - microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
      run them as administrator.
      after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      I tried this but now he close when initializing and checking buddy store.
      I did everything u said

      Didnt work, them i installed win 10 yesterday, and i used for 6 hours and it was ok, but suddenly closed again, and stayed stucked on checking buddy store

      I discovered what is really happening!! Its the location!! I always log inn o "best latency", so when hb close, i try to open again on best latency, he stuck on checking buddy store, but if i log for example on Europe or South Asia, its go normally!! But after some time this happens with Europe, them i have to log on North america, so what do you think this is happening?
