I just purchased Basic Boxer through my alienware96 tag on the store and restarted HB but it's not coming up in HB?

Hi China thanks for the fast reply. I shutdown all processes, cleaned cache and logs and enable streaming. The product is under my purchases no problem but not coming up on the drop down list for select. Log attached.
Hi again, Wingsta, You've got a failure mode we're unfamiliar with in your log. I'm going to have to leave this one for Tony. He can check several things I cannot. While waiting, one more thing to check... Are you certain your Honorbuddy is running on the same BuddyAuth account that you acquired the product with from the Buddy Store? cheers, chinajade
