  • [ANSWERED] Problem with HB Key and Routines

      hi,

      i have get a HB Key from a Frend (he buy it for me with PP)
      i have give him a steam acc for that.

      But i have the Problem that i dont can put the Key in the Buddy Auth

      and when i start the Honorbuddy with this Key i dont can see my payed routines like GS for mage and Warlock.

      pls help

      and sry for my bad eng

      I know it probably wont help solve the main problem, but can I suggest you change from best latency server to a specific one that best designates your location. It could save you issues in the future. Also just to confirm you are useing the wow32.exe and not using wow from the battle.net launcher correct? Be sure to have wow running in windowed mode too, as I notice that can have an impact over it being fullscreen. I am not certain about whats causing the wow window to crash otherwise however. Did you make sure you don't have any antivirus programs running that could interfere?

      Hi, Snafu1,

      This log shows a key has already been supplied for this Honorbuddy session. Either it is being supplied as an command-line argument through a shortcut, or its being supplied by a "relogger" tool you're using.

      If its the case that:
      • You have your own key with a number of products from the Buddy Store, and
      • You got this key from your friend
      Then the products associated with your key will not show up for Honorbuddy sessions started with your friend's key. For that to happen, both keys would need to be associated with the same email address used to purchase both Honorbuddys.

      Hi, Snafu1,

      To do what you want, both keys have to be on the same BuddyAuth account.

      If your friend has given you his key permanently, you can contact the Bossland GmbH front office at support@thebuddyforum.com, and ask them to transfer (or merge) both keys to your account. This is a one-way operation, and cannot be undone. You will need to provide 'proof of ownership' for both keys.

      If your friend has merely loaned you the key, there is not much you can do. The only thing would be for you (or your friend) to re-purchase the desired items on the Buddy Store under his key. But, if you do this, the purchases will belong to your friend (and be associated with his key), and not you.

      That works too. Just be certain to purchase the new key with the same email address you used to purchase your original key.
