These articles will walk you through the usual suspects: BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:AntiVirus InterferenceBosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products Since you indicate "it worked 1 hour ago", this makes it sound like its the Antivirus causing the problem. Most Antivirus get updates a couple of times a day (without asking or notifying). It sounds like a recent update to yours is now interfering with Honorbuddy. We'd suggest you give the Antivirus a look first, then if no joy, start looking for other interfering programs. If you find a new one that's not on our list, please let us know. cheers, chinajade
