It is a fresh installation, using the installer.

It is fresh, and i reinstalled 5 times already.

Will reinstall for the sixth time and post a log, without streaming (already tried, but well...)

      remove:

      - microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable

      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
      run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
      restart

I'm getting this problem too over the last couple of days. A restart of the bot is sorting it out for me, not an issue because I'm always about.

Can you guys try deleting any equipment sets you have saved on your toons and see if that resolves the issue?

Otherwise yeah, as Tony says, ingame WoW addons could cause this issue.

      Only GeForce Experience.
      No add-ons installed.

I have an anti-virus that is not on the list, but already set its firewall to allow honorbuddy all access and the ports that it uses.

I'm not at home atm, but will try to uninstall it and see what happens. But I always had it and got no problems with honorbuddy on the past (last year, I'm comming back now).

      EDIT:

      Solved the issue.

Removed GeForce Experience, set directx to 9 (was custom, idk why), start the bot... all good..

Installed GF Experience again, kept using directx 9... ALL GOOD! =)

I'll install addons now and check if any of them make conflicts and let you know!
