  • Hacked again ? Or bug ?

      Hi guys,

      I don't even know what to say anymore.
      Second time issues with the key in 1 week i think.

      Mods have change my key a few days ago due to the fact that it was hacked I THINK.
      Basically i was getting logged out with message that i can only use 1 key in my region.

      Well now i got a new key, and in less then 1 week i think since i got it. I am unable to log into this key because it's saying only 1 session is available for this key.
      I have reinstalled my windows after the first key got hacked. So if it was the case that i have a keylogger on my computer or something like that. I shouldn't have this issue anymore.
      It's a personal computer nobody is using this other then me.
      How could this happen ?

      Another issue is that in eu.buddyauth.com i cannot see how many sessions i have open and who is using my sessions and i cannot kill the sessions.
      I used to be able to do this in the past.

      What should i do now ?
      "Login Failed
      Too many sessions are currently active. Your key only permits 1 simultaneous use of Honorbuddy"

      *Edit* It started working again. But for how long ?

      1. Do you only have one HDD/SDD in your PC?
      2. Your buddyauth account credentials could've been cr4c ked. Have you changed your password on buddyauth and/or the email connected to it?

      What is hdd and sdd ?
      And yes passwords all changed

      Do you have multiple harddrives in your PC?

      Step 1: Change your password on BuddyAuth
      Step 2: Email support @ support@thebuddyforum.com
      Step 3: Wait up to 24 hours. When this exact thing happened to me. It was resolved in 6 hours
