      as per my 3 previous emails to support my new key does not work;
      Login Failed
      the key entered is not an Honorbuddy key

      make a fresh Hb installation from scratch

      Fresh install same issue;
      Login failed
      The key entered is not an Honorbuddy key.

      seems like you have given my buddy auth a wrong key.

      This error message sometimes happen when your current key is merged to another one, which is the actual one. Check your buddyauth.com for such scenario.

      nope my old 6 sessions is in expired and logs in as expired and the new 3 session key just comes up with the above message. Can you wipe this key and reissue a fresh number?

      please cancel the non working key in my buddyauth and issue a new one, 3 sessions.

      you have to be clear when opening a key about whats the exact issue
