  • Please Help!!! Suddenly I got "Authentication failed"

      Hi, Tony. I'm a lifetimer.

      I'd been using HB well with my Username and Password even until three days ago, But Suddenly today HB popup the error massage like

      [AM 9:17:39:111] Logging in...
      [PM 9:17:40:184] Buddy Sessions: 0/0
      -----
      Shared Sessions: 0/0
      Invalid Account Details
      [AM 9:17:40:508] Authentication failed!


      so I tried to find something wrong on BuddyAuth.com. but there's no clue and HB information like any key, only can see Demonbuddy information.
      How should I do for FIx this ToNY please help asap!!!

      There should be no password. In the top enter your KEY and hit log in. If it says it again try and kill the sessions. You can do all this in buddyauth.com

      I normally used my ID and Password for login HB.

      Also I can not see my HB KEY in buddyauth.com.. As I said Only can see my Demonbuddy Key...

      What should i do for get my HB Key??

      I tried to find my key on these process like
      Bossland GmbH
      Resend Validation Email - Buddy Auth Portal

      But they says Could not find a user by that email address. Please correct the email address entered below. If you have not registered, please do so via the register link above.
      Please help...

      If you've been using HB for a long time then you most likely don't have a key but do indeed need to use username/password.
      You should probably mail bossland with your info; he can check what's going on. Or else wait for Tony to show, he always has the right answers.

      I tried to get my password on Bossland GmbH but it says "Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again" so I can't not find my password now.

      I sent you an email with my paid information please check it again.
