      [HerbMountHelper] Keep Active: Barding, Hoofplates & Stirrups!

      i threw together as small nifty plugin that keeps those nice new gathering buff's active, thought i'd share it.
      it's mostly speshulk's guide adapted to use those 2 items.

      Works fine for me, hopes it does for you too..

      Updates:
      [10-09-'16] Now also watches the Demonsteel Stirrups buff

      nice! but what about stirrups for people that cant afford sky golems ^^

      It uses each stonehide leather barding twice in a row..Any idea why?
