Login fail numerous times.

I've been AFK for a few months and recently came back. I've updated HB and shortly after I try to log in and I get; You have entered an invalid product key. If your trying to log in with an username and password, please check your registered email address to obtain the key that is created instead of your old shop login.

I'm not sure what to do now, I've checked my email and haven't seen anything about my product key.

 

I've done that, but what do I do with my keys? Do i use that as my pass word?

 

keeps telling me the latest version has already been installed, wonder if I should re download?
