      Sorry to take up space on the HB forum, but I feel we don't take enough time to thank all of our dev's, admin, and support team. I can't imagine how many hours they put in each and every day.

      I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to Tony for the outstanding service I have received over the past week. He always responds promptly, and has fixed every issue the same day. I am extremely satisfied with the level of support I have received, and how issues are handled.


      Thanks again Tony, and the rest of the team! I will continue to buy products and support you guys as much as I can. I am officially a lifer now ;).

      For as small as the team is, they sure make up for it with raw talent and dedication. I would be very surprised to hear that Blizzard has never attempts to poach any of the staff.

      I second the orig. op as this has been a blessing as i can have a life and still enjoy this game. So to you and the few devs on here ive have had the pleasure of working with go my Kudos for you have easily done more for the player than blizz its self

      As someone that works computer support/phone support and in person I can say that I am impressed with the HB team. Communication is the lifeblood of most troubleshooting and I never feel out of the loop here when something is not working. It really does mean a lot to get small updates here and there.
