hi guys iv just started writing my own profile, need a little help from someone more expirenced. every time i try and run my profile i get the error message "Bot Stopped! Reason: '>' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '='. Line 27, position 17." iv no idea what this means so if someone could help me that would be great. send me a pm if you can and il send you the profile or log or what ever........ i dont want to put up here just yet as i wish to have it working properly before i share it, call it geek pride lol thanks in advance
you need to make sure you close all the tags you open, and grind profiles do not support quest profile tags, not only that but they cant go anywhere. try that.
now im getting This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character! Bot Stopped! Reason: This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character! i probably shouldnt try and teach my self this stuff buy hey lol (attached the log)
deleted all other logs before i tried this again so this is definatly the right one, and i made sure i loaded your profile too thanks for being patient code
open the profile up in notepad and find the line Code: <MaxLevel>62</MaxLevel> and change that to 91, not sure why i put 62 save it then reload it.
id noticed that but figured you did it for a reason and you know alot more than me now says moving to hotspot but dosent move at all
make a fresh install of honorbuddy, this time dont install any other combat routines. as in that log FightThisWay was tossing off some errors, and you renamed the singular directory? ether way its causing issues. keep in mind thats also a GRIND profile, so the bot needs to be in Grind mode.
the profile is ment for pick pocketing and is kinda designed to use fight this way as the combat routine, i didnt its another combat routine someone made for another profile, iv been meaning to delete it thanks for reminding me lol
done a fresh install, moves to hotspots ect now but wont stealth, im assuming thats a problem with the combat routine and not the profile?
Hi, Playaway, Your assessment is spot on--responsibility of the Combat Routine. So whether "not stealthing" is normal for that routine, or a bug, we can't say. The Combat Routine may have some configuration options, or it may be doing the right thing given your level and skillset. cheers, chinajade
yes the routine is ment to stealth as its designed to be a pick pocketing routine, seems my hotspots are slighty off too as it runs too close to the mobs and agros them even tho i made sure i kept my distance so im not sure whats going on .
the combat routine should be able to handle running in there and taking care of it. my suggestion would be to post in the thread for the combat routine and see if the author can help you.
