      Hi i am not sure if this is the right place or what to post this.
      Today i purchased Honorbuddy and paid for it via paypal , once paid it said i should get my Key in 15 mins so an hr later i still had not received my key so i got worried and started to look into what is wrong , and i have a funny feeling when registering at Buddyauth i used .co.uk instead of .com in my e.mail address , but however the key is not showing up under my keys either on the forum.

      you should be able to register on the buddyauth site using the same e-mail you used during checkout and retrieve your key.
      if you used the wrong e-mail during checkout then the key will be e-mailed to the wrong e-mail, and the key will be registered in the buddyauth system to the wrong e-mail.

      so now what you need to do is send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com
      make sure you include your transaction id / order number, so they can register the key to your correct e-mail address.

      keep in mind e-mail support is not instant, and can take up to 72 hours, as a actual human being is required to get to your e-mail and fix it by hand.

      Thank you . i did indeed use the wrong e.mail address but luckily it was not taken and i was able to get it and make an account thus retrieving my key by logging into the portal :)
