I use TeamViewer to remotely control my PC, they have a free option and it works well enough with iPhone and mobile devices.

There are no stupid questions - only stupid answers, so be prepared :)

I may not understand your question properly, but this is my input :

Yes you can use as many battle.net accounts on 1 pc as you like.
Even at the same time using different WOW installations (you are not supposed to use the same WOW installation many times in parallel-sessions).

To start, buy a 3-license Honorbuddy account and create three separate WOW (Battle.net) accounts.
You do have to buy three separate WOW installations as well (see my remark above).

And yes, you can use any account on any WOW installation on any PC.

Having said this .. do not think that will make it safe for you to use HB.
      Botting is never 100% safe.

      Happy botting :)

      PS
What the other respondent (thatwouldbestealing) said is true : you can also manage your sessions from another PC by using Teamviewer and the likes.
But I don't see how that would make your botting safer .. IMO it has no impact on your "visibility" to Blizzard.

First off, this is impossible. You have to run the Honorbuddy process from the machine which WoW is running locally.

Second, this would provide no benefit whatsoever. The bot is already undetectable in terms of the WoW client reporting the bot to Blizzard.

If safety is your concern, I'd like to add that you always should "bot smart", which means 24/7 and 100% unattended is NOT smart.
And it seems that GB2 and BG botting is posing a elevated risk - follow the BAN section of this forum and you will know what I mean.

Theclash150 is correct, stating that you have to run WOW and HB on the same computer. HB needs to "inject" (lua) instructions into the WOW engine and the only way to do that, is to be on the same system. The wow client doesn't peek through its own boundaries of its memory-heap, so it doesn't seem to be able to detect HB (for now).

      Happy botting :)
