WW Monk always choosing wrong quest rewards.

So I've been leveling a Monk for the past week. I'm level 89 and I've noticed I still have very poor gear. Not even the gear that is necessarily appropriate for the zone. I started watching and I've noticed that, given a choice, it will always choose the Intellect/Spirit leather item instead of the Agility leather item. In my bags, all the gear is cloth intellect or leather intellect. I watched it choose intellect shoulders over agility shoulders - both leather. When it comes to a weapon, it will always choose the Offhand intellect instead of a 2h polearm or staff (yes, I have AutoEquip properly configured... I've leveled tons of toons).

Edit: I just watched it do it again. It completed "Last Torch of the Yaungol" and chose Torch of Noon (spellpower) over the Agility staff. *sigh*
