RaF with myself

I am going to buy a new account, does anyone know how much it cost to get all the expansions up to cata and whats the best way to go about doing this? can I merge it with my main account? will it still have the same effect?

 

Classic wow (which is till cata) = 7,50?.
Mists of Pandaria= 34,99?

yes you can add the raf account to the same battle.net thus giving your raf account the same moutns and acheives as your main account/wow

 

Will I be able to give the new account heirlooms etc?

 

Yes as its on the same bnet.
