There is no reason to create hundreds of topics. It's an issue with the latest HB release. I've reported this to Chinajade and he informed me that the HB team will look into it.
There aren't hundreds of threads, and this one included a log ... so go gripe on the other thread where I didn't attach the log or the other threads that did similar? Thought we were trying to help here.
hey didn't want to make my own thread but i noticed that every bot seems to require a prebuilt profile! can't use arch because of it >.>
Hi, all, This is a problem with the individual Bots. The bots should be overriding the RequiresProfile property to return false, if they don't require a profile. Sadly, Honorbuddy's own Archeology, BGBuddy, and Dungeonbuddy bots are some of the offenders. The problem is HB-328 ("RequiresProfile property of BotBase class should return false by default"). And, its already repaired for next drop. Best not to take a chance tho, and please notify your favorite bot authors to provide the missing override. The work-around for the meantime is to explicitly load a blank profile. cheers, chinajade
