So curious what got me, I have to resist the urge to try again because I don't what killed me.

5 accounts, raf linked. First I leveled 5 chars to 58, continued with 2 teams called A and B. 1xpaladin from before and 4xdk's and another team with 4xdk's and a pala raf granted to 58. Then continued Leveling to 80 with dungeonbuddy on a 8a/8b/8 schedule. After dinging 80 I had them solo level to 85 with cata quest profile. When both teams dinged 85, I activated 10 days free mop trial and went and get the 372 items.

I then ran modified dungeonprofiles based on Blackrock caverns, lost city and Grim batol. Never more than 2 chars per same instance and every 55-65 minutes I would switch to the other char on the account. This for 12 hours a day.

Leveling to 85 took 3 days and I got to run the modified profiles for 3 consecutive days 12 hours each acc, not char. And that was till tonight.

I am very confused and not sure what did it.

I never received whispers, didn't get stuck and was online 12 hours a day divided between 2 chars.

      Things I suspect?

12-16 hours a day way too much? Macro's to reset instances? Consistent wait timers? Uncommon play habits? Fast leveling to 85? Raf linked battlechest accounts? When the bags were full or when it switched profiles I let them hearthstone to capital and vendor items and or deposit items/gold to gbank? Used the same bank account for payment? Profiles used the same coords for entering dungeons and waiting for patrols and such?

I dunno, I really thought I had a low time consuming method :( Also, 4 accounts were offline when I got hit and the other one was stationary. It also took 30 minutes, after I dc'ed and got error 202, before I got an e-mail.

      yep

blizz is onto dungeon gold farming. especially for SOR 80s or 85s that never buy MoP. ESPECIALLY for grim batol and some others that are completely filled with bots.

if you are going to do that you are 100% losing the accounts so might as well use SOR or make DKs to save the 1-58 time. in fact there is a big profile here somewhere that relies on making a ton of DK accounts that will only run a couple hours per day each... and even that one gets banned regularly

I have to propose you allitle different approach here:

I have witnessed enough accounts for scoring fast bans, after you play extensive in the first days after the accounts creation - usually the first 2-3 days or the first week.

Yea, 16 hours daily on a fresh wow license in a fresh battle.net account is too much, indeed!

Due to the fact you seems very experienced and have very good organization, you are able to reach the Mop zone with the accounts in less than 3 days, which is pretty fast no doubts!
But I have seen people with 12+ hours daily playtime since day one to get their minibanwave on their 3rd day, when they still climb mid 60ies or 70ties! And all of them (at least these I have experienced/saw) were using dungeonbuddy leveling.

I have no experience, if the same applies for grinding or raf-afk grinding to 85/90.

What type of email did you get? How often did you change the instances (every 3hours or 2 hours)?
