      Dear HB Community,

      I couldn't load a different profile, it didn't open a new windowsbox to select the profile after pressing "Load profile"
      I tried to do a fresh clean reinstall of HB. But now when I want to press "Please locate Wow.exe" it wont open a new windowbox either to locate the wow.exe

      I also deleted all C++ and NET Frames and reinstalled them as suggested in one of the "Installation" forum posts, it did fix the problem for a short while but now when I want to select a new profile it didn't let me again. Thats why I tried a new HB installtion, but sadly it didn't fix anything.

      What weird is; I have also more Maps (for each class) with HB installed (from same HB Build 2.5.10739.737) So when I click the launcher there and login my character (i can login there cause I locate wow.exe on them) and when I start up my Honorbuddy application in my other Map (the bugged one) it does open Honorbuddy and than I can use the Load profile button and it opens a window to select profile.

      I hope I was able to explain what my problem is,

      I also add some screenshots that might help.

      Please help!
      Kind regards

      remove:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard from here
      run it as administrator.
      after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      Okay Tony, I have one last question,
      Am I allowed to install any Windows updates after? Or is there any update I should not update?

      I put a screenshot so you can see what updates are available for me. I hope you can give me the answer :)
