I posted a while back about the issue I'm having and even sent an email to the webmaster of the site and I've heard nothing back. So here's my issue and I really hope you're able to help. I'm a buddy lifetimer from WAAAY back in the day, and I was a Glider before that. Sometime over the years it seems my email address stopped allowing me to log in, thankfully I still have my lifetime key so I can log in and use the product, I've been the only one to ever use the key and it's not something I purchased or sold via third party. It's my account, and I can't login to it anymore. I have to resort to creating this account instead. If I try a password reset it simply says my email is invalid. I've checked all my emails this way and nothing has been able to help. Just tell me what I need to do to prove it's me and help me get to where I can login to my account then hopefully use the buddy store. Please Help, Doeetright
if you havent, register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail you used during checkout. (accounts dont automatically get created) once you get logged in you should be able to view your key.
Sorry it took so long for me to respond. I've already registered, and I currently have my key. What I'm lacking is my logon info for Buddyauth, and when I try to do a password reset none of my emails work. (I registered a long time ago back when there was a user id and user password, and you guys rolled them into one) I tried registering just for the heck of it and it said username is already taken. Because it's taken by me... I can't use the buddy store which is where all profiles seem to be now without my buddyauth information. So tell me what I need to do please and thank you.
