Hey! So i havent been playing wow for a while and obviously not been useing HB and now it has changed a litle or alot? not sure but any ways i just wonder what frame lock is cus i had a problem with a profile where my wow.exe just crashed when it found and Onyx egg with the rarekiller plugin and people said to turn of frame lock so i did and it worked so i just wonder whats it for? should i have it off or on? and also under the frame lock there is some kind of meter where u can change the "ticks per secound" also wonder what that is and what i should have it on? I have it on 30 atm.
Framelock is essentially the way HB optimizes the processes that occur during each frame (think fps). Every frame the bot calculates the most optimal route, spell, buff, etc. The more frames you have per second the smoother and less robot like your actions will be. When framelock is on it essentially locks each fram from proceeding until all calculations have been met and it moves onto the next frame, when it is off I am under the impression that it carries over the unfinished calculations into the next frame and continues until it needs to restart the list of operations it has. To my knowledge it has been stated somewhere it is best to have it on if possible, but having it off won't cause any issues. Do not quote me on this as I am going off what I am remembering, and I could be getting it backwards, but I am quite positive I am not.
I haven't toiled much with the setting to know where to have it, or not have it for that matter. From what I remember the more the merrier?
