      When I launch HB and try to log in, the window freezes.
      tried reinstalling, still no luck.

      delete your %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Bossland/Buddy Store/cache.bin file

      disable streaming and let me know if that helps

      Tony, can you please explain how to disable streaming? New to HB, thanks.

      oh, never mind, it seems like the problem has fixed itself. Everything is working now. Thank you Tony and CodenameG.
