Just curious what classes you guys bot and what routine do you guys use. Wondering if anyone of us made it to mythic raiding by sitting back and relaxin and by that I mean 13/13 mythic or close to it.
you can let CR handle your total basic routine. but you have to have settings that do only exactly that. everything else, like using cooldowns on xx%, bot movement etc., will get you killed. cuz you drop so often and you should use all of them when assigned to and maybe have a ton of spezial assignments... 10/13m so far with a "nearly everything unchecked" version of a tuanHA CR, basicly handling routine on basic standard and me pausing on events, doing myself, move myself etc... gives some free focus on ecounter details and stuff. but no where near "sitting back and relaxin". just raiding without button hammering like crazy
Yeah for warlock I will cast DS manually when certain procs occur, I will also do my necessary F&B when needed and I move myself and cast Burning Rush when moving to run faster. Prepotion and potion when needed. Battle Rez. Teleport out of fire. Etc.
holy paladin, 7/13M using Reflux holy paladin rotation Affli/destru lock 4/13M using demonic BM monk 13/13HC using tuanha
I think that DPS is the most "none relaxing" role to play. Healer seems alot easier but ofc you need to controll the movement etc.
Basically you can use any class, the key as others here have posted is to get a CR that performs really well. I have been using Demonic for a few years now and it is amazing. DPS is great and the best thing is the thread is always active with not only updates from the developer but also handy tips from other users. So first things first look for a good and SUPPORTED CR and go from there. Sure you can make others work but you're gonna have a bad time if you don't understand the class and then have a sub par routine that you don't know how to tweak or ask for help. Secondly, no matter which CR you get I would advise turning off all the non essential items it has in it. Talents / Spells you don't use, turn off PvP focused settings etc. This will streamline the calling process and you should see a smoother and better performing routine which should in turn mean more pewpew. I'll fish up my Destro settings later, there is a good link in the thread somewhere that Nilrem posted some good baselines to start from, follow those if you're interested. I think this is them: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/thebu...warlock-routine-pve-pvp-1059.html#post2044023
Are his settings out of date? If you could post yours it would be appreciated. And how much dps do you pull?
Oracle for all your healing classes. GG. As long as you find a good settings file. (Which you can do inside the CR)
i run tauhna on most of my classes. cleared HC (PuG) as BM/MW on monk and working on HC. only thing i do is set up binds for burst. when i DPS on my rogue i only have a bind for burst and i use it with legendary ring. i have a warlock and mage as well working on normal but havent found good enough setting yet to start trying HC (both millz routine)
