I am not sure why but my toon is looking for a quest in the cave of The Hunter's Hall. However there is no one in there that interacts with me, I have no standing quests. I have entered and exited the cave. I have killed the guards multiple times but it isn't allowing me to start the battle so I can gain access to the quest it's looking for.
