  • i've 2 problem with the log in and crashs

      the first problem I have that the honorbuddy some times freeze at the log in and i need to close and reopen the bot for several times till it log in properly
      the other issue if the bot logs in ...after some time i get crashed ....logs r below

      any antivirus/firewall activated?

      No....i have the same PC with the same setting,

      its annoying i cant do the quest its keep shutting down every 30~60 min

      you are losing the connection to our servers

      are you on a wireless network?

      tried to flush your dns and power cycle your router?

      i'm using cable network ...and i did restart it and reboot it ...but nothing changed

      Tony is spot on—each log shows you are having intermitted connectivity issues to the authentication server. This may be something like an Antivirus or Firewall on your local machine causing the problem. If so, this article may assist you:

      Otherwise, it is a connectivity issue between your machine and our servers. This could be your router, ISP, or the ISP's backbone. The "To Remedy a non-specific Authentication Failed:" section of this article will help you check the usual suspects:

      99% of the time, the problem is in the router, or your side of the router. Wireless connections can be notoriously unreliable in some environments.

      This is about the extent we can help you with this. If you've eliminated all of your equipment, its time to call the ISP, and see what's going wrong.
