      What happens when a store dev suddenly goes missing?

      Maybe instead of asking vague questions you actually state who's missing and how you could potentially contact them.

      Almost every product on the store has its own support thread. How about starting there and seeing if there's any update from said developer.

      I already did that. The only reason I ask is because when it happens 2 or 3 times in the row (they go missing without saying anything like having to work or go to holidays) this does hurt the whole project.

      EDIT: One particular combat routine has been underperforming for over a month now despite numerous reports by plenty of users. That can't be good right?

      You know, that it is Christmas and New Year time? Ppl are usually with their families and not working.

      that's hardly an excuse. all it takes is 10 seconds to write down a message that they'll be gone for a week or two.
