  • Getting error (unrelated to patch downtime)

      - Start HS
      - Start HB
      - Click "select" on config window
      - 30 something windows of "Hearthbuddy 4468 2016-03-17 06.44.txt" opens up
      - HB window opens but crashes with "has stopped working":

      - PC setup:
      AMD FX-6100
      GeForce GTX 560
      8GB RAM DDR3
      Newly installed Win7 64bit SP1 since 4 days. Error occured before the new patch.

      - Thus far I tried uninstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2010-2014 Redistributable (x86)

      remove:

      - microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



      restart your pc,
      download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
      run them as administrator.
      after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      restart

      Done. Although I have x64 versions of it installed.

      you need x86 versions
