cant get hb to work

Just got a new comp and went to install/run hb i keep getting a message
This Program cant start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer try reinstalling the program to fix this probem
i have done that and also installed c++64 and c++86 from microsoft can i get some pointers i wanna pvp

 

Is your anti-virus deleting it. Set an exception in it if it is.

 

so there is no logs tab inside hb folder

iam lost had hb running fine on my old machine :-(

well its launching now but not opening wow

 

heres another i had to launch wow thru the battlenet launcher but couldnt get hb to login

 

seems to working stuck at logging in now

 

any suggestions i feel iam close and havent pvpd for a week now :-( jonsing

I had the same issue hb wouldn't work after it had been working fine said initialization failed so I just uninstalled and reinstalled the downloader and everything works fine try uninstalling and using the reinstaller to see if that works
