      Hello guys, is there any way to cast frostwall on hard mobs before attacking with lightning arrow?

      I havent played Flicker in a really long time. I actually havent played PoE at all recently :(

      I do have a Flicker Routine i made awhile back. You can try it. No clue what all i changed from OldRoutine in this one, but it should remove all the delays between flicks at the very least.
