Survival hunters not working?

Noticed survival hunters at low levels refuse to go to melee combat, and will not engage a rotation, i would glad make a routine if i could find/ have sourcenz

most combat routines are not updated due to the legion patch changes.

As soon as Rexxar was released I went... welp, we gettin' melee hunters back...

How can you introduce such a huge character like Rexxar who used melee weapons with a pet and not introduce melee hunters?
