  • "Max Sessions - authentication failed"??

      I bought HB yesterday, the elite 1 session one with no time limit for 25 EUR. I was restarting HB a few times trying to load different CCs and things, and just now it's giving me the message "Max Sessions - authentication failed".

      I have used it for only 1 day, and I only have 1 window of WoW open on this computer. Can someone explain to me why this isn't working??

      Edit: I restarted my computer and this issue has resolved, thanks :)

      when restarting hb to fast it sometimes gives you to session errors u can either wait or restart the pc both works :D

      next time you can check on your task manager about a ghost Hb process :)

      It doesn't always work Tony, when I get this error, developing CCs, I have no hb.exe process running in the background.

      Same for me as an plugin developer, when i test the plugin and something went wrong it will need to close and when i try to open HB again it says "Max sessions" no ghost processes, its beacuse i already have a open connection to the auth server i guess. I can't do anything about that, when you restart your PC to make it work (it only works beacuse your PC is slow and therefor the connection to the auth server is closed meanwhile)

      Hi i have the same problem, been trying to get it online al day.
      try restart pc. re. instal, wait 6 hours, nothing and the log just say
      Logging in...

      Max Sessions
      Authentication failed!

      I cant login 3 days..
      suddenly my all sessions dies..
      of course I purchase lifetime.

      Tony say"send email support"
      but no response yet.

      what happen to me??

      Login at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and kill your sessions. If the problem persists, most probably you've given your key to someone, or someone entered your computer and took it. In that case install an antivirus and ask for a substitution.
