      When I start HB asks me to login, so I put in my Username Then my Password. HB loads up and the last thing it says is Authentication Failed. I havent used HB in over a year due to quiting WoW. When I bought HB I paid a LOT of money for the Lifetime version. Whats going on? why is Authentication failing?

      I know I bought a lifetime copy over a year ago, is there any way of retreaving records of this on the admin side? or perhaps theres a button I didint check somewhere...

      looks like you are not logging with the correct info

      we can check it but we want the transaction id or any other info about your purchase

      open a new thread on payments section including the info you have and Bossland will check it
