      are you on Gb1 or Gb2?

      in any case you can set the alt char name on settings
      (your profile must support mailing tho)

      Mate its in your Bot settings... go open HB2, sellect GB2, go to bot settings... there R 3 or 4 tabs you can change settings in, such as if it should herb and/or mining, and in 1 tab if and who it should send the mails too...
