You have old plugins in your hb2 folder, plugins and cc's from hb1 aren't compatible with hb2. I still see the temp file errors in your log, which leads me to believe something is wrong with permissions. Close everything that you can, have WoW open to your druid and minimized in a safe area, and have your HB2 folder opened.
This is all set, issue turned out to be a corrupt temp folder that was causing HB to not be able to write its temp files.
