Updated Daily! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jason's Journal For Using Honourbuddy from Day 1 : --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Currently planning on working on writing up Journals/Review's From 28th-29th June 2010 soon, however i am in the process of doing my first Journal/Review which is below, after i compelte this i will then upload/finish my Journal/Review on previous profiles but for now, here is my present one: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jason's Journal/Review for panYama's Shat'ari Skyguard Rep Farm. - Date's: 30th June -1st July 2010 (http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread.php?74-Reputation-panYama-s-Shat-ari-Skyguard/) Neutral-Friendly: Currenly doing this atm, been going for exactly 1 hour now, had to hand control it a few times to attak mobs ( a simple right click) as it was trying to run away from one of them but all in all, its looking good. DONT forget these also drop Shadow Dust if your level 80 like me enable low level quests so you can repeat the repeatable quest which involves turning in x6 shadow dust that drops ofd the mobs you kill to her and she wards 150rep per 6. As i have said ive been going n for 1 hour and got 50 in that time so your looking to and average of 40-50 per hour which is around 6k-7k reputation extra per hour which is a nice bonus. I will be adding more and more posts as i progress through the night, with 24/7 monitering thus meaning nothing will go wrong/ i will be able to see it in action, after writing this i dinged Friendly with exactly 1 Hour and 5 Minutes on my stopwatch but i did pause it while i handed in the dust which took 3-4minutes max! So again, pretty nice start. Friendly-Honoured: I have till been monitering the bot, dinged Honoured after 2 Hours 15 Minutes, not bad getting there slowly, handed in my shadow dust which again took me 3-4minutes. Still needed to be hand controlled at certain points, two black listed spots were added below during this. Experience the vendor trip this time, nicely done, sold everything i didnt need. Looking good, now onto Honoured . Honoured-Revered: Went to bed and turned off the bot at approximatly 2:00pm, i then started it again approximatly 8:30pm, dinged Revered after a total of 8 Hours 49 Minutes, one more milestone to go, go some major blacklist spots this time (ran around in circles) One of the mobs also somehow managed to sneek up the top of the stairs had to hand move him out, but i do not see this as a problem with the bot as panYama states it does not us the stairs. Again went and handed in the Shadow Dust after 4 hours 49 Minutes, i had a total of 167 which brought me 4 bars through Honoured and just say 2 bars into Revered. Revered-Exalted: I ate my scrummy dinner of cheese on toast, and then went right back to playing the bot, it took a long, painull grind of 8 Hours 5 Minutes to get to Exalted, and it just say hit the day cap, despite the 3 blackspots and babysitting, this profile will get you to exalted in under or just over of One Day. The closer i came t being exalted, the more frustrating it got, but believe me, you will eventually get there. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total Time to complete: 25 Hours 50 Minutes Overall Rating So Far: 7.7/10 Total Neatherweave Cloth Stacks So Far: 85 ( 1700 Cloth) = 425g Total Gold Looted (including Greens and Trash) : 470g Total Gold Earned, minus x2 nether ray mounts (couldnt resist just one colour): 575g --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Screenshots: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Final Note: i think that this bot need's around good 30-40% Babysitting, while i did leave it from time to time to do daily chores, you can rely on it to run on its own, this was tested on Honour Buddy 1.9.4.5 so these blackspots may be caused by this version, as of now i am unaware of to weather or not this i the actuay case. I would indeed be more than happy to do so, however i only have two accounts and i am doing Reputation's/Achivements on one because cataclysm is coming!!! And i farm on the other one for mats/gold. Maybe when im sick of Reutation's/Achivements i may consider it, but they can be very frustrating ^.^ -Jason
Hmmm, 25 hours? It only took me 12 :-/ I manually turned in Shadow Dust from time to time (between episodes of a tv show I was watching), but didn't need any manual intervention. You should have sold those left over Shadow Dust and Time-Lost Scrolls. Sells for crazy profits on my server ^^
Great review. I agree with others that levelling reviews would be great. I would also love to see some rare-drop farming reviews. Keep up the good work.
