I posted about two weeks ago with this issue, still can't use bot. Its saying my login info is wrong, I tried Bossland GmbH but nothing is showing up on my email. I can't change my password, I even emailed you guys from my email on support email and I never heard back from you guys.
Tony?? We were sending emails back and forth to each other and you told me to send you confirmation that I paid last year, once I sent that you just quit responding to me? I have been trying to get support to get back into my account for over a week now.... I have been very patient the past week trying to gain access but now I am just getting annoyed, what is going on?
Tony, Ok I got another response in email, telling me to do the same thing you and another guy told me to do about going to the shop website to recover password. It didn't help again... he then disappeared on me. I don't want another person responding back to me with the same generic answer then disappearing on me. I have had nothing but good experiences with you guys, but this has been a nightmare trying to get access back to my account... are you guys going to get my account going again? Can someone actually fix my problem please?
Ok well I am not getting any responses in email, they tell me to go reset password form that site and it doesn't ever work.Then I wait days for another response which is the same thing over again. So I will continue to make posts here because I am not being helped. It's been 2 weeks with 3 different responses to go change password at shop website that still doesn't work for me.
