      HELL NO THEY ARE NOT.

In fact it's worse than ever. Everything stops within a couple of minutes. The exact same issues as every other time servers have taken a dump.

So WHY WOULD YOU WRITE THEY ARE BACK TO NORMAL? Do any of have the remotest clue wtf is going on with your servers. Have you freaking considered investing a couple hundred bucks into hiring a consultant that does. At LEAST keep an eye on them so you can hit the reset button without it taking 12 hours and 100 support posts to realize anything is wrong?

This is beyond belief at this point. People have been joking about it but no joke, it really feels like you've stopped giving a crap and are just trying to extract the maximum sales on a bot THAT STRAIGHT UP DOESN'T WORK. I don't mean "some things don't work well", I mean, it doesn't move 20 yards in Gatherbuddy, it does NOTHING with your servers the way they are.

At least have the balls to put up a permanent sticky "OUR SERVERS DON'T WORK AND THE BOT PROBABLY WON'T WORK FOR YOU, SORRY ABOUT THAT, THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT LOL". and stop changing it to "Everything is normal" and then going to bed when, like I said, it's worse than ever.

Although I agree on some of that. Couldn't you say it in a bit more, non-provoking way? Getting pissed off, will probably only result in a mute/ban for such bad language/behaviour.
It's not true on the part "It really feels like you've stopped giving a crap" which is actually not true at all, I've seen several dev's and mod's constantly trying to help out. I've mostly seen Tony trying to help ALL he could. The fact that you don't appreciate this, sucks the most, they're actually trying as hard as possible, and are probably frustrated as hell, because this won't work.
      - All they're trying to do, is keep everyone happy, but it's hard to continue work, if costumers constantly write things like this. It's way to demotivational.

you are right, i don't appreciate this, at all. i'm not pissed about server issues as such, blizzard has servers that go down for 6 hours, google goes down, it happens. it's the attitude and response. After this now close to two months of "lets have the customers pay to beta-test the bot" since Aug 28, at SOME point enough is enough. they never stop selling the bot at full price. every time this happens customers lose time and money, and some have many dozens of wow accounts sitting idle and are losing business themselves because they can't deliver.

this is a big money business. their ENTIRE product depends on the servers, and they know the servers are shit atm. so unlike yesterday, and the 10 times before, where it takes 6, 8, 12 hours for the first response of "ooops, looks like the servers have been down all night, who knew lol", they should be sitting next to the servers. no weekend at home, work till you fix it, if you can't fix it at least be super ready and on alert to respond to issues, that's how business works.

instead we get a "everything cool now" sticky *literally* at the same moment as the servers, for the 50th time, go down. wth. it's just enraging - wow goes down, we get hourly updates of "we are working on it". bot goes down, we go to the forums for support, and get trolled.

Ah, yea I see what you mean.
      - If you're running a bot service, and if it is indeed how you explain it, where people lose money.. They should be a bit more dedicated to the case. But who's not to say they are, really. Maybe they're trying everything and it just keeps failing. They could just close it all down, and spend a whole day fixing it to be fair. Instead of it only working 10% of the time.

I don't see the post as saying that the servers are definitely, absolutely, 100% back to normal. I see a big operative word there in the title, and that word is should. That means that they think they're back, or maybe it seems they're back, but we're not going to guarantee it absolutely.

I know it's frustrating not being able to "work" for your income, but sometimes that happens. You knew the risks and accepted them when you decided to take up a trade in gold farming. I'm not belittling that type of profession, nor am I saying "go get another job", I'm just saying that somewhere in the back of your mind you should have known that at some point in the future your business would get held up because of software or server issues. All you can do is report the problem and sit back and wait. Making angry posts calling people stupid, or calling the software stupid, or calling the servers crap, or anything else like that is not going to get things done any faster. The only thing that will get done faster, and with high probability, is that they will get fed up with the things you're saying and slap a ban or mute on you. I know it's not what you want to hear, but that's the reality of it all. Things will be taken care of in due time.

I must admit, I'm also having major problems with it, and I've tried everything mods told me to do.
