   i was at 200 pokeballs then after one hour it dropped to nothing..
   With there was a function to automatically restock balls once the bot detect it ran out of balls

   Check your recycling settings, sounds like it is building up to full inventory then recycling to 0?
   
   Also make sure the area you are farming is decently populated with Pokestops.
