Account #1 Purchased a level 36 account week and a half ago For the last week and a half, used it to fight in gyms, find pokemon, hatch eggs - no botting. Banned when the supposed "Ban Wave" came out. Account #2,3 - 100% botted on PokeFarmer Leveled to 25 and 27 respectively (over last four days). Used 'Walk setting', seperate IP addresses, but IP's used within 100miles of my residence. Botting about 4 or so hours a day. Accounts still active. Account 4,5,6,7 botted on NecroBot Biking Speed Seperate IP's, IP's within 100 miles from my house All Banned on the supposed "Ban Wave" Account 8,9,10 Various Mid lv 20's purchased seperately all working - they would have been botted previously, but I've not done so on these 'rainy day' accounts. From a very impractical assessment, using a very small sample size, I believe the ban has a lot to do with very aggressive botting technique. A mixture of too many hours, too high of speed, levelling too fast considering release date and so on. Human like behaviour. Not saying slow and steady you would not get banned, but I do believe you will be less likely to be banned. I'm not surprised the lv 36 was banned, my son trolled the gyms in town all week. He had a great time though lol.. so it was worth the $19.
