I have been testing this setting for 2 days on a dummy account from lv 1 to lv20. I have the setting with walking speed, random stop and wait at lure stop. Technically the default setting right out of a fresh install. I also limit my pokeball to about 50 to 100 so i won't be looting stops with only EXP constantly and that is very suspicious.

I have been botting for a day just like what a normal person would do "Catch, rest, stop and catch". I also stop botting at night and bot the whole day time. If you go constantly jogging speed for 5 hours non-stop, I think either you should be in Rio competing right now or you are definitely botting and that is a clear give away. If you are a hardcore botter and don't care, then that's totally fine as well.

I also stay in one area and I do not teleport.

In contrary, on my main account which is lv30+, I easily get the pokestop softban error even with the above settings. Clearly to say that Niantic is monitoring the best case scenario of exp achievement. The game duration has only been a very short time with the amount of exp required to get 30+, is it possible without 3rd party help? I am currently laying low on my main and enjoy creating dummy accounts waiting for TRADING to be available.

That's my 2 cents and please leave constructive comments that can help non hardcore botters.

My understanding is, that feature is not available. Use the default settings usually winds up in almost the same area and won't strafe too far.
