Important Change for Honorbuddy, Demonbuddy and HearthBuddy Lifetime Users

    Greetings Buddies,
    For our long term plans, it is inevitable to do the following changes effective immediately (tomorrow - 18 January 2017). We are changing all existing Demonbuddy and Honorbuddy Lifetime licenses to expire after 2 years of usage.

    I can confirm that I did not get refunded when attempting the initial suggestion. Now I'll claim fraudulencethe same as others were suggesting xP

    Edit: Submitted fraud and instantly was refunded.

    I have just had a chat with Apple support. Told them my kid made purchases on my phone. I got a full refund within minutes. (Within 10 business days it would be refunded)

    Seems like this is the way to get your credits refunded, telling them you did not authorize the purchase.

    Just received my refunds on google, I used the option I don't recognize this payment and said I don't know what this charge is and haven't received anything for it and they refunded

    Default Got refunded by Apple

    I've sent an email to their support and said that I was unable to play the game.
    Said that the game keeps loading since a couple of week. So I haven't mentioned the "unable to authenticate" error.

    I had to give me iTunes order numbers.

    Got an email today which says they've investigated the issue and that they will make an exception. Within 48 hours the amount will be added to my store credit. I may need to log out and log back in to the iTunes Store to see the amount in my account.

    Tried all of the above and finally resorted to claiming my younger cousin accidently did it..
    Also told them Niantic sent me there - har har.

    And joy, it worked. 2 of 3 purchases have been refunded (the third being too old,., well, shucks.)

    I contacted with Apple Store yesterday and in 24hours they refunded all the purchases (from my main account), included one from early September

    I said "somebody" minor did without my consent.

    Did you try with "a minor purschased without my permision"? I also said that "Niantic never answer the "tickets"... in 24hours they refunded everything.
