      If you have purchased coins on the PokemonGo App, you can get your funds back.

      You can simply state:
      I cannot log into the application to use my purchase. Please refund my money.

      Here is how to do that via the play store:
      Google Play

      click the ... on the right of your purchase
      [Report a problem]
      Purchase is defective or doesn't work as advertised
      [I cannot log into the application to use my purchase. Please refund my money.]
      Submit

      Do this for all charges for the app, and you will get emails stating that the funds have been returned. (15m - 48h)

      I've tried all of them, and this is the fastest. You can also do 'I no longer want this purchase', but that only works for 48 hours after the purchase. If later than that, it's declined.

      The above is the best method.

      I just tried for mine and got this email from google.

      We received your refund request for 1,200 PokéCoins (Pokémon GO) , but we can’t provide a refund for this purchase because it is outside of our refund policy.

      I've run into the same thing as Sting, sure seems like they covered their asses quick, yeesh.
      Since I made the purchases through Paypal I'm going to try and refund through there so far when reporting the issue it directs me to making a claim straight away.

      Tried on several accounts, this is not working.
      I even tried to claim i didnt receive the ingame currency.. all my accounts get this mail:

      Most countries have a consumer protection act that requires the ongoing access to said product after purchase. Contact your credit card company and advise them that there was a purchase made in an app on an account you can no longer access. You will need to also have proof that you attempted to contact them and google so just send off a quick email to both of them and give it 24 hours. Your credit company most likely has 90 days to dispute the charges and it is now on niantics shoulders to argue that you still have access to the pokecoins or the account in question which you do not.

      Except they have to follow the law to a T in any country they operate in. Iso you do not know international law if you can't recognize this simple fact. My credit company has already reversed the transaction and are awaiting word from niantic and google as to what proof they have that I have access to said accounts, which they clearly have none of.

      Just spoke to apple lady on the web chat, told her game does not meet my expectations and if she could refund me money. 60£ be credited to your account to 10 working days . voila ! ;<>

      I also did, however not the to be reimbursed for all purchases , only some newer , I get only one, yesterday 08/17/2016 . I contacted Google by phone to know better , and very polite clerk informed me that google reimburses because of himself, but the obligation is the company. But the older buy it can not repay .
