      Hi everyone mummPGO here,

      I have this as my main page as I just refresh the UPDATE THREAD through out the day.

      I would like to invite everyone to read all threads on this before posting anything that resembles a WTF post.

      Ive been a customer of Buddy for so long now I think I have shares in this place and they have never let anyone down. Please remember there providing a quality service and want to keep people using there bots so they wont release a crappy version just so people can play and get banned.

      If you read previous threads they tell you that all down time you suffer due to the new updates they add this to your time. If your key has run out of time over this time just send a message to them saying that my key has expired but never got all my days and they will assist you and you will be back playing asap. BUT wait till there new service is up and running.

      People do get angry, mad, upset and annoyed because they paid for a service and there not getting it. PLEASE READ ABOVE, you will get that time back.

      I personally and p I s s e d but that's at ninatic not Buddy. But hey its a cheat so no point getting wrapped around an axle over it.

      I'm not having a go at anyone just want people to understand that when its fixed you will all be looked after. These guys n gals are top stuff just inspire them not piss them off.

      Happy people = quick thinking and hopefully luck.

      Anyway i don't understand two things.

      1. Why is a bot still being sold that doesn't work and maybe never will. Highly legally questionable...
      2. Admins/Mods, why is it so hard to implement a pop-up, banner in PF section that clearly states that downtime will be added to keys? We wouldn't have tons of threads of people asking the same shit every day with such an information.

      1)There is no reason to stop sales since there will be an update soon,plus that was never a problem (at least the 7-8 years i am around and i am around since day 1)

      2)There is already stated on many threads and our users they do know our tactic on such matters,no one will lose a minute of his key time


      so

      for those are in great hurry we do offer a 7 days,no questions,refund period
      feel free to use it,we have never forced anyone to use our bots against his will
      the market is open and you are free people,you can use whatever bot you like or you can always develop your own bot

      that was our point of view all these years and it will remain the same


      as for the newbs and the newcomes,i will make clear under update thread that we are going to extend their keys

      I'm one of a guy who I purchased a key during downtime due to
      your insufficient information.
      Warning is needed when purchased,because generally
      we dont see update site before purchase.
      I need information as to how to refund.

      You are so fooking lazy. You should've red the forum before buying. And you should read the forum before asking questions. Most of the questions are already answered. Anyway, since you don't know how to use the search function here is the answer:

      Sure but anyway it is legally questionable as even HatchingEgg stated, at some point, that he doesn't know when or even ever an update will be released, to still go on and sell the bot. At least there needs to be an flag "Currently down due to patch" or something. Same as if you buy something and the seller tells you afterwards "oh sry, it is out of stock" you would be pissed.

      I think it's even in their TOS but either way, every bot has downtimes due to patches of the original program. And nowhere it says "This bot is working now and forever without any downtime". Your keys will get extended with the lost time, so whats the problem?
      They aren't selling the bot per se, they are selling keys bound to that program, therefore you are buying usage-time.
      Oh and pls, someone hand this guy a real big tissue? Maybe some cheese to the whine?

      So if you are a new user and buy usage time for something that maybe never works again, you wouldn't think "why was there no hint?"...of course.

      Also i'm not crying anywhere so plz don't write bs. I never said anything regarding downtime, or paid vs. lost time or anything related to that.
      The only thing i wrote (i can explain again so you maybe get it this time), is, that if they don't know whether it will be available again or not, it would be great to have a hint that gives information about the current downtime and that it is not known when or if it ever will be back again. That's all, no crying about downtime or lost time or anyhting from my side.

      There are a bunch of people who just don't know how to use the search function or are to fukcing lazy to read the forum.
