Form what i have been told if your wanting to use proxy, most people that use them for loc spoof or whatever are using paid ones. I hate to say it but nothing is free nowdays. If it works like it should theres usually a price tag on it
Do you even need a proxy when you bot in your own country? I mean if I live on the westside of my country and my pokefarmer is running on the eastside and I consider traveling time between log ons. Is that technically unsafe?
