i accident power up my gyarados to lvl39.5, but ingame lvl39 is max cause u cant see the powerup button anymore, so niantic would detect over cp pokemon and give a ban?
But the OP is correct the game limits you to 1.5 levels....so going a full 2 levels would be a signature of cheating....not that I've a problem with that so far....
We understand your concern, however, PF cannot power-up past what Niantic allows it to, meaning if you were to powerup a pokemon fully in the APP and then check it in PF odds are it would say the same thing, its just how the data is recieved from the Niantic servers to PF. So far no one to date with PF has been banned for that. Great question though and always good to ask if unsure.
No this can be achieved through the APP as well If you tap the confirm power up with three fingers you will go up two levels Regardless what your trainer level is.
