      So i was running the updated version of the bot earlier and was working fine. I logged out and then i went to this park by my house and played for awhile i was able to do everything i normally could but i did get a super short soft ban i had my account downtown which is about 25 mins away and never seems to be a problem. I went took some gyms down the street then i logged out and came home i tried to log my bot back in and it would get stuck on getting game data. I then tried to log into my cell phone and it said "failed to authenticate" then after trying a few more times it got a little further but now its saying " Failed to get game data from server". I was able to log into my buddies account on my bot and will try it on my phone in a bit but dont want to get that banned as well if it is a ban? I havent received any sort of email or notification saying im banned or suspended.

      "Failed to authenticate" for google login would now mean permanent ban.

      Crap how should i go about a appeal just be honest? Or play stupid.

      I had 5 accounts banned before and none of them got revived.

      If you get banned, when you log in you get a screenie saying you have breached the terms of service and your account is banned. Issues with Failed to authenticate warnings are normally internet connection related. Turn off wifi on your phone, or even turn the phone off, and turn off phone wifi and back on to see if this solves the issue.

      With regards to appeals, niantic have 2 games, 70 staff members in total across all departments (tea lady, receptionist, etc) and millions of players. It normally takes 4 months to get any kind of reply, and even then it's normally to ask you to resubmit the first email if you still need help!

      Thanks imma try that with the Wifi however im afraid its not the issue because i was able to log onto my friends account with the bot and neither phone or bot with my account. I tried to reinstall already but going to try that with the wifi and report back. If it doesnt work i think im going to give it a day or two to submit an appeal just to be sure account was super sick and played legit for a long time before started botting and hardly ever spoofed my gps more than like 25 min away.

      I have an idea i took over a few gyms legitly before this happend i boosted a lvl 9 gym to 10 and put in my 3200 dragonite so im sure its still there if im banned i bet he will be gone?

      Well I tried to login in with my banned google account from last year and it showed "Failed to authenticate". Apparently for google account, "failed to authenticate" would now mean failed to get game data from server.

      Yeah it gives me failed to authenticate first but after trying a few times it will say Failed to get game data guessing its banned about to make a fake PTC account and go see if my dragonite is still in that gym down the street

      Gym leaders and their pokemons would not disappear even they were permanently banned. I can confirm that because I could still see my banned account in a level 10 gym.

      Yeah im 99% im banned or suspended. Guess imma just bot up another account lol

      Yeah so i appealed it and they sent this back after a few mins rainer,

      We’ve confirmed you have broken the Pokémon GO Terms of Service and the Pokémon GO Trainer guidelines. As a result, your account has been terminated.

      I clicked the link to appeal again and wrote them again but doubt its gonna work. shitty.

      Haha yeah already have one in the 20s with dragonites and stuff but this account was a bit exclusive had it from the beginning had multiple 3k+ dragonites with good move sets pretty much everything. Started botting a fresh new one though cause the one in the 20s i made for my buddy to help me take out gyms cause he was originally on a diff team. Its already up to like lvl 13. lol

      My level 34 account unlocked both pokemon and item spaces to 1000. It has got multiple 3100+ dragonites and 2900+ snorlaxs with IV 90+.........
      Sigh I spent a lot of time catching, occupying gyms and earning coins...

      Same yeah i had my bag space and pokemon space maxed bought alot of stuff at beginnning of the game as well super shitty but they just encouraged me to bot harder lol gonna snipe the hell outta pokemon now.

      sigh all my efforts from last year..... I found out that the other account that I was botting only for 5 mins before my level 34 account has been permanently banned as well....oh crap Niantic sucks

      failed to authenticate banned or corrupt

      are we sure "Failed to authenticate" or "unable to connect to game server" = Banned?
