      I have only the time I purchased my 2 bots for to use them and with unknown eta. I would like to request refund.if the program works b4 I have to I'll rebut it but to sit idle and wait just not what I want to do only use 1 bot 3 days and the 2nd purchase 2 before went down. I'm not unhappy when it works but fact is my time is limited and do my refund I'll be happy camper and be back to repurchase if that is an option for me at that time. I post here because I don't know how or where to request it. Please help.me out with refund or direct me where to request it. Things happen I understand just need to understandmy aide aswll. Thanks again. I will buy again of in my time window to be able to use it .

      Just to cover the bases here your time will be credited back once the bot is up and running, and currently this team is the ONLY team working on the new update...
