Why does the pokeball just keep walking and not doing anyting?

So just updated to the newest version of pokefarmer. Got my key february 2nd wasnt working at all it says key was active so i gave it a couple days ten logged in and said recieved update PF being worked on....just logged on today and the dam ball just keeps walking doesnt do what i want it to do wont catch wont loot. pretty annoying that half of my monthly key hasnt been working.
no logs nevvessary nothing changes it just shows logging in and blah blah blah and stops there....so any ideas?

I know how to do that the logs don't display anything happening that relates to my issue like I said the logs stop after it connects

 

but we still need your logs.
