It would super nice to be able to modify our settings while bot is running so that we don't lose active spawns.

      up

it's possible i run out of all balls. So I have to decide my bot should only loot pokestops and don't catch pokemon. I could change without stopping, only with deactivating a checkbox. I know this from other bots, which are not up to date (pokebuddy e.g.).

Great idea! This has already been discussed with Hatching and is something that will be looked into by the devs in the near future, and if it is feasible (knowing our dev team it should be :p ) then we will announce when its coming/is implemented.
