This is something we have to accept when healing 25 man. There's no other way to detect debuff to cleanse without scanning through 25 man. If you enable Cleanse lose control asap AND set cleanse to 1 that basically a waste of resource because you scan 2 time to do 1 job. The cleanse logic work like this: 1. Check for cleanse important debuff first and cleanse if needed (cleanse high priority - good for PvP like cleanse fear before healing) 2. If no cleanse important debuff to cleanse needed, Check heal and heal if needed 3. If no heal needed, check for normal debuff cleanse and cleanse if needed (cleanse low priority - good for general cleansing) In raid if you want to cleanse everything, I advise disable Cleanse Lose Control and Enable and Set normal cleanse to 1 In raid if you want to cleanse just important debuff, I advise Enable Cleanse Lose Control and Disable and normal cleanse
TBH, Using healbot or clique its general better to cleanse your self and let the bot concentrate on healing and CD's... Its very easy to do with either of those addons.

I dont undertand this configuration that you say, can you put a SS or steps please? Last night in second boss of new raid, have to many magic that i need dispell but CC dont dispell nothing, and i go manually do it. Have you update dispell list?? I always say that in the 99% of case, are more important dispell, that use a heal, and this boss is a exactly example.
I need the list to dispel, please give me. The reason it doen't dispel but heal is because of the above logic: 1. Can't find to dispel (because list not updated) 2. Heal (because ppl need it) 3. Normal debuff never reached because it heal already
